CLIENT AGREEMENT/CONTRACT/WAIVER & POLICIES

MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I Commission Camp Demidog Photography, the photographer. to photograph my pet(s), myself and/or my spouse and/or my underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Camp Demidog Photography may use my images (but not limited too) social media/website/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above. *

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the package is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographer discretions. My session will remain within my selected time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give an advice to the photographer 72 hours (3 days) before my selected time frame, otherwise I will try my best to accommodate photographer's schedule. *

PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable package fee is paid to Camp Demidog Photography. When I "SUBMIT" this form I will be obliged to pay at least 50% of the package rate I choose. I understand that my remaining balance is due at the time of my session. Should the remaining balance not be paid my images will not be released. By choosing "I AGREE" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Camp Demidog Photography as stated. *
